Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Brooke County, West Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
