Join our team: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Otero County, Colorado. The job is in a residential tower block. On the job you will handle: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
