Plant operator wanted in Barron County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Barron County, Wisconsin. You will work in a textile mill. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
