Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Ukwa East, Abia State. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off.
