Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Wahkiakum County, Washington. On the job you will handle: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 4+ years on the tools preferred.
