Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Finney County, Kansas. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
