Pot washer wanted in Skamania County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Skamania County, Washington. You will work at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
