Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Coryell County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
