Great opportunity: laundry presser (Oklahoma)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a laundry presser in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets On the job you will handle: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
