Join our team: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Frio County, Texas. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. The role involves feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
