Vertical transportation technician wanted in Cumberland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Cumberland County, Virginia. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards The role involves: • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
