We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Grafton County, New Hampshire. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
