Kitchen porter — City of Lexington

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in City of Lexington, Virginia. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
