Join our team: tandoor cook (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Douglas County, Missouri. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
