Now hiring: we are hiring a production operative in Kootenai County, Idaho. The role involves: • Load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch • Change over tooling and settings between product runs Ideal candidate: • Experience on a manufacturing or assembly line • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels Rotating shifts.
