Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile mason in Osceola County, Iowa. The role involves: • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges Ideal candidate: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
