QC technician wanted in Hopkins County

Now hiring: we are hiring a QC technician in Hopkins County, Texas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing On a typical shift you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation.
