Food and beverage server wanted in Las Animas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Las Animas County, Colorado. The job is in a five-star hotel. Day to day you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
