Fire and safety officer — Bulloch County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Bulloch County, Georgia. The role involves stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. What we are looking for: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
