We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
