Occupational health and safety officer wanted in Dixon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Dixon County, Nebraska. You will work in a chemical processing unit. You will take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
