Now hiring: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Orange County, California. You will work on a window-and-door production line. Requirements: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) On the job you will handle: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Meals and transport allowance provided.
