Great opportunity: cake decorator (Akwa Ibom State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Ukanafun, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a cake shop. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
