Immediate opening: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in Ocean County, New Jersey. You will work in a smash repair workshop. On the job you will handle: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections Ideal candidate: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
