Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Dallas County, Alabama. You will work at an automotive components factory. You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Part-time with flexible hours.
