Great opportunity: dish pit attendant (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Kendall County, Illinois. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
