Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Schuyler County, Illinois. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) The role involves fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash.
