Urgent requirement: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Sebastian County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
