Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. The job is at a roadside dhaba. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Meals and transport allowance provided.
