We are recruiting: fire and safety officer (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Owen County, Kentucky. You will work in a warehouse and logistics yard. The role involves run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
