Now hiring: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Shelby County, Kentucky. You will be based in a packaging and assembly workshop. The role involves carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor. Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Punctual with reliable attendance • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Meals and transport allowance provided.
