Refrigeration field service technician wanted in Keith County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Keith County, Nebraska. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. You will pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; service split AC units and VRF systems; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
