Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (Wales)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Carmarthenshire, Wales. You will work at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. £2,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
