Now hiring: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
