Oven operator wanted in Meeker County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Meeker County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
