The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
