We are recruiting: kitchen steward (Scotland)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in East Renfrewshire, Scotland. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
