Fettler wanted in Pontotoc County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fettler in Pontotoc County, Mississippi. You will be based on the moulding line. Your main tasks: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges What we are looking for: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
