Reinforcement steel fixer wanted in Middlesex County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. The job is at a rebar fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites The role involves fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length.
