Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
