The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
