Urgent requirement: powder coating operator (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Prince Edward County, Virginia. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
