Now hiring: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Boone County, Arkansas. You will be based in a CCTV control room. You should have: • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • Clean police verification with no criminal record • Ex-servicemen preferred The role involves check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency.
