GTAW welder wanted in City of Leicester

We are recruiting: we are hiring a GTAW welder in City of Leicester, England. On a typical shift you will inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Six days a week, one day off.
