You should have: • Reliable timekeeping for early-morning or late shifts • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely Day to day you will report low stock, breakages and maintenance faults; operate industrial floor scrubbers and carpet extractors; dust and wipe down desks, window sills and skirting boards; make up beds and change bed linen and towels; sweep, mop and vacuum floors across all assigned areas. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
