Shuttering and concrete hand • Petersburg Borough, Alaska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Petersburg Borough, Alaska. You will be based on a road and bridge project. The role involves: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
