Landscape gardener — Hillsborough County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. You will work in a residential garden complex. The role involves: • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds Ideal candidate: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors We offer $230 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
