Dishwashing attendant wanted in Jefferson Davis Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts.
