Great opportunity: we are hiring a bricklayer in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a residential building site. On the job you will handle: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Part-time with flexible hours.
