Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Latah County, Idaho. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
